Bakso - Indonesian meat ball soup

Bakso...
Meatball soup is just as popular in Indonesia as nasi goreng.
In Indonesia it is sold from street side stalls, or push carts that make their rounds through the neighbourhoods, and there also in a special bakso restaurant.
I always love this dish. When I was little, everyday on around time 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon I used to wait with my empty bowl ready for bakso men come across the street in our neighbourhood, this is unforgetable.
Since now Im living in uerope, there's no bakso stall here.
In recent time I make my own bakso, the taste is nyumi just like bakso nya abang-abang :)..beside of request from my friend to post the recipe, this is the way how I make bakso/ meatball. Ok Ninie.. enjoy!

Method 3 : How to serve
Best way to serve this soup is with yellow noodle.
Cook noodle, set it in a bowl arrange the ready meatball on top of the noodle.
Pour in some soup and garnish with chopes spring onions and fried onion.
If you like it strong and more tasty you can add black kecap and sambal.

hmmm...nyumi.
